Mr. Anand Shah

Managing Director & CEO

Having done his Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Business Administration & professional experience of around 15 years in various successful pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Anand brings with him an expertise of leading Enaltec's team of more than 100 people to establish its image as one of the most reputed & respected manufacturer of complex APIs in the world. Mr. Anand with his experience in International marketing also contributes directly to Enaltec's export business in both regulated and less regulated markets.

Dr. Siva Kumar

Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)

In his 18 years of experiences he has achieved significant success in his field of chemistry and complex product development, to name a few are mentioned below:

Successfully done the synthesis of chiral molecule Cilazapril. Synthesis involves 24 stages (linear synthesis) within a very short time about 06 months.
A novel polymorph of Linezolid which is difficult to isolate has been synthesized and commercialized at plant scale.
Desloratadine having stable and consistent mixture of two polymorphs has been synthesized at lab and plant scale.
Novel process for the preparation Tazarotene has been established.
Successfully done synthesis of Moexipril hydrochloride which is difficult to synthesize and commercialized on 100 kg scale.
Design the non infringing routes for Esomeprazole and synthesize its novel polymorphs.
Design around the process patents as per the requirement of IP.
Design around the process patent for Cilostazol which was filed in US DMF.
Novel purification process has been established for Strontium ranelate, Olmesartan Medoxomil, Rosiglitazone maleate, Zonisamide.

Mr. Eswar Rao

Principal scientist

Enaltec's Synthetic department is headed by Mr. Eswar Rao, Principal scientist has done his Master of Sciences (Chemistry) and having around 15 years of experience in various leading pharmaceutical companies in India. During his tenure he has developed and scaled up various simple, complex and chiral products for regulated, semi regulated and domestic market. His expertise is in synthesizing the impurities and developing non infringing process, patent drafting.

Mr. Eswar Rao has successfully developed the molecules like Rosuvasatin Calcium, Atorvasatin, Perindopril, Alfuzosin,Nitazoxanide during his previous tenures.
Synthesized and commercialized the chiral molecules like Trandolapril which is difficult to synthesize

Mr. Girish Patel

Sr. Research Scientist

Master of Science in Organic Chemistry, with experience of more than 15 years in leading pharmaceutical company, is the head of lab process optimization & scale up at Enaltec. During his tenure at various companies he has successfully developed & scaled up various products with non infringing process or with novel polymorph forms. His strength in patent drafting, product development, and scale up, gives good all round support to Enaltec's team for development & commercialization of various products for regulated markets.

Mr. N.S. Kannan

Research Scientist (Analytical development)

Head of analytical method development, with this degree in Master of Science (Chemistry) and experience of around 14 years in various pharmaceutical companies of india and US, has added capability at Enaltec to develop analytical methods for products targeted for regulated markets / DMF grade as per the requirements of various authorities like US FDA, UK MHRA, WHO etc..

Dr. Sanjay Vaidya

Research Scientist

Phd in Organic Chemistry having his strength in development of products with Non infringing and cost effective process, during his tenure of 18 years has developed various complex products with NIP. He has successfully developed products like Cilazapril and Montelukast in his past experiences and is contributing to Enaltec in same field with various ongoing NIP processes.
